In this month\u2019s employee spotlight, meet Suhan Cao and discover what she loves most about her <a href=\"\/job-listing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">career at Beyondsoft<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My career at Beyondsoft<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a <strong>business operation analyst<\/strong>, I work in the business management office, where I wear multiple hats. My primary role is to collect and analyze data from different departments and share this information with company stakeholders. I also perform contract management and interface with IT to design and oversee workflows to review contracts, assess risks, and ensure compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I\u2019m not busy with data analysis and contracts management, I help manage a variety of projects across departments, such as setting up new entities in other countries as we expand into new markets. When the business team needs to hire a contractor, I participate in this process as well, performing background checks and reviewing credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What I love most about my role<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyondsoft is truly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beyondsoft.com\/jp\/life-at-beyondsoft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a great place to work<\/a>, and the variety of responsibilities has allowed me to expand my expertise in business and economics. I\u2019ve gained broad exposure to how a global IT consulting company operates, and I\u2019ve grown my business knowledge by interfacing with the leadership team and learning what factors into making decisions. My role has also helped me to build my communication skills and data analytics capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I truly love the people here at Beyondsoft. This is my first career role since graduating with a master&#8217;s degree in Singapore and moving to the US (I\u2019m originally from China). My colleagues have been very supportive and awesome to work with, making my transition into a new culture and career much easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also appreciate the speed at which we move. Even though we are a large company, people here are very flexible and move quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When I\u2019m not working<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m a big foodie and enjoy sampling dishes from different countries. I\u2019m always experimenting with new recipes and love checking out new restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I\u2019m not cooking or eating, I enjoy watching movies and reading books.
