Employee Engagement
We ensure that all our materials reflect inclusive language. We also take constant stock of our DEI practices with company-wide surveys about what we are doing right and what we could be doing better. Employees have easy access to a diversity email alias with a dedicated resource for DEI topics.

Recruitment Practices
We have a diversity recruiting resource to help us integrate DEI recruiting practices and assess our progress. Everyone on staff receives industry-best practices for conducting equitable and inclusive interviews.
